Goran gets sent to a Catholic boarding school by his single mother with high hopes. But the teenager clashes with the religious practices and moral code. 16-year-old Goran grew up rather sheltered, which has not prepared him for the real world, let alone sharing a room with his rowdy mates. In an attempt to integrate himself into the community, he volunteers to play Joseph in a play, but at the same time refuses to fall in with the traditional concept of the virgin birth, or to apologise for the disruption caused by his failure to accept this most basic credo of Catholicism.
