As the first Franco-Polynesian director ever Paul Aivanaa Manaté has made film history and even seucred Sebastian Urzendowsky for the lead role for this magical, mystical story.
Teivi (Sebastian Urzendowsky), is a young assistant to parliamentarian Gilot (Patrick Descamps). Teivi enjoys what are at times immoral perks of his job. But an encounter with Yasmina (Blanche-Neige Huri), his distant Maori cousin who is said to have magical powers, changes him.
Plagued by hallucinatory unease and embroiled in a case of real estate corruption, Teivi loses his footing and seeks out Yasmina's help.
