Paris in the 70s: the well-heeled and hedonistic duo Lucile (Isabelle Huppert) and Hubert (Melvil Poupaud) have their eyes on young artist Michel and his girlfriend Rose.
Rose (Galatéa Bellugi), a 16-year-old raised in foster care, and her fiancé Michel (Lukas Ionesco), 22, are passionately and unguardedly in love for the first time. On a party night, at the legendary Parisian club Le Palace, they meet Lucille and Hubert, who take Rose and Michel under their wing - and shake their existence to the core.
Éva Ionesco's second feature is visually opulent and "a fascinating glimpse into a distant time." (film-reviews)
