At the intersection of fantasy and horror and unusual for its lack of dialogue, Baptiste Rouveure digs into the dominance of humans over animals and turns it upside down. What would the world look like if we felt in ourselves the suffering we inflict upon animals? The film opens with a half-naked, frightened man who, like an abandoned dog, is chained to a tree with a metal chain. When a car approaches, he panics. Any encounter with the dominant species is life-threatening. "...One of the most original disturbing horror films of the year" (Cinema Estremo) "Clever and disturbing" (Ready Steady Cut) "Artistic, exceptional and a fantastic flick" (Horror Scream Video Vault)
