But the frustration reinforces her belief and she joins a Muslim group fighting for Islamic interests. Layla publishes films on the Internet and makes political flyers about the Syrian horror and atrocities in Gaza. At the same time, she flirts with the charismatic Abdel whom she marries. They are fleeing to the Middle East. Layla enters a world that makes her an impossible choice.
