Fuku-chan of FukuFuku Flats

Fukuda Tatsuo is a friendly, rather secluded and modest man who works as a house painter during the day and likes to paint dragons in his spare time. He lives in a run-down apartment complex called Fukufuku Flats. He is popular with everyone and is often asked for advice as a kind of spiritual adviser. One day, however, the love of his teen years, Chiho, appears, which brings back painful memories for him because she was involved in a prank that severely traumatized him at the time. The main male role is played by the female Japanese entertainer Oshima Miyuki. "In true Japanese comedy style, this film offers scene after scene of laughs in many different forms."
