Mano Khalil
Director
Mano Khalil is a Swiss-Kurdish film director, writer, and producer. He is known for his films that focus on Kurdish culture and politics. Some of his notable works include "The Swallow" and "The Beekeeper." Khalil has received several awards for his works, including the Heart of Sarajevo for Best Documentary Film at the Sarajevo Film Festival for "The Beekeeper." In addition to his filmmaking career, Khalil is also a journalist and human rights activist.
