Chulpan Khamatova, a renowned Russian actress, has gained international acclaim for her versatile performances in theater and film. Born on October 1, 1975, in Kazan, Tatarstan, she studied at the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in Moscow. Khamatova's filmography includes notable works such as "Luna Papa" (1999), "Good Bye, Lenin!" (2003), and "The Physician" (2013). She has received numerous awards throughout her career, including the State Prize of the Russian Federation and the Silver Bear for Best Actress at the Berlin International Film Festival for her role in "Tuvalu" (1999). Also a prominent philanthropist, Khamatova co-founded the Gift of Life organization, which supports children with cancer.
