Aleksandra Bortich, born September 24, 1994 in Svietlahorsk, Belarus, is a Russian actress known for her versatile roles in film and television. She achieved her breakthrough with the film NAME ME (2014), directed by Nigina Sayfullaeva, in which she played the protagonist Sasha. The film tells the story of two teenage girls from Moscow who travel to Crimea and swap identities there, which leads to unexpected consequences. Another notable film in Bortich's career is “Viking” (2016), a historical epic directed by Andrei Kravchuk, in which she played the role of Rogneda. In the comedy “I Am Losing Weight” (2018) by Aleksey Nuzhnyy, she took on the leading role of Anya Kulikova; for this role, she gained and then lost 20 kilograms during filming to authentically portray the physical transformation of her character. On television, Bortich is known for her portrayal of Nika in the series “Policeman from Rublyovka” (2016–2018), directed by Ilya Kulikov. This series enjoyed great popularity and contributed significantly to her fame.
